Frequently asked questions

What counts as a "signal"?

A signal is any data point sent to Vorhut: a metric sample, a log line, or a trace span. We count unique signals per day, not individual data points.

What do I pay during the beta?

Nothing. There is no billing in the beta and we collect no payment details. When charging does begin we will say so first, and no plan starts billing without you choosing it.

Are the plan limits enforced today?

No. The tiers above describe where the pricing is heading, not quotas running against your account right now. If your usage would matter to us during the beta, we will come to you rather than cut you off.

Will the prices above be the final prices?

Not necessarily. They are indicative and may move before general availability — that is part of what the beta is for.

What are you asking from beta users?

Tell us where Vorhut is wrong: a prediction that did not fire, a remediation you would not have approved, a signal we misread. That feedback is the point of this phase.
